Our Story

The Pinky Bear Story

Potty Train with Pinky Bear founder Toni Roberts created the sweet-faced, plushy named Pinky Bear with the matching interactive storybook, Potty Train with Pinky Bear, to make potty training a positive and rewarding experience for toddlers.

The inspiration for Pinky Bear came from her granddaughter Ally, whose attitude toward potty training completely changed with Pinky Bear’s introduction into her life. Toni decided that Pinky Bear could benefit other parents and children the same way it helped her granddaughter.

“I’m proud to say that since its inception, Potty Train with Pinky Bear has received the seal of approval from The National Parenting Center, 2021 National Parenting AWARD, as well as the Mom’s Choice Award honoring excellence,” Toni explains.

“After our success with Pinky Bear, I researched other potty-training tools that helped toddlers through this significant developmental milestone and was surprised by the lack of fun ideas out there.

“Pinky Bear helps all involved focus on the positive instead of the stress that normally centers around potty training. So, with the support of some wonderful people, I can now share Potty Train with Pinky Bear with the world. “I invite parents and caregivers of toddlers everywhere to allow Pinky Bear to encourage and reward the potty-training children in their lives!”
